Passenger manifests

Passenger Weights on the Manifest
Before Anyone Reaches the Helipad.

Collecting weights on a clipboard, typing them in, then rebalancing with the rotors warming up costs you time on every departure. ExpeditionHQ captures weight with the booking and puts it on the manifest.

Start every departure from the same numbers.

When weights live on paper, the dispatcher, the front desk and the pilot all work from different versions. ExpeditionHQ keeps each passenger’s weight on their booking, so the manifest is ready before check-in opens. It is part of our helicopter tour operator software, included for $500/mo plus 1% of online sales. The manifest is built from the same helicopter schedule every booking lands on, including concierge and partner bookings.

How passenger manifests work in ExpeditionHQ

Weight at booking

An optional weight field on every participant, switched on in Airport Settings. Turn it off and the field disappears from the booking flow.

On the manifest

Weights show in participant detail and on the manifest for each departure, next to the seats booked on that helicopter.

Seats per helicopter

Bookings respect each helicopter’s passenger occupancy, and adding passengers past it takes a staff override.

Boarding passes

Print boarding passes straight from the order, so check-in matches the manifest.

Your pilots stay in command.

ExpeditionHQ records and displays the figures. Your pilots remain responsible for weight and balance, airworthiness and every flight decision. Read more on weight and balance in the booking flow.
